NG One
Ecosystem

NG One orchestrates the family, it does not replace it

Konis already has the storefront, the planner, the agent and the fiscal channel. NG One is not their replacement but the place they flow into: it holds master data, stock, postings and collections while each product stays on its own job. A company already running them switches nothing off to gain an ERP.

  • 5 neighbouring products
  • Every link is its own adapter
  • One master record
  • Nothing gets switched off

Why a family rather than one program that does everything

A system that tries to be both a storefront and an ERP usually ends up half of each.

A storefront that has to survive a seasonal surge and an ERP that has to survive period close are not the same problem: the first is measured in response time, the second in accuracy. Put both in one program and one of them inherits the other's constraints — always the one that arrived second. So NG Commerce is the storefront, NG Operations the field-work planner, NG eFiscal the fiscal channel, and NG One the ERP. Each does its own job well instead of doing someone else's badly.

What joins them is not a file import but a single source of truth. Master data, stock, postings and collections live in NG One, and the neighbouring products read and write them through named adapters with their own lifecycle. A till receipt becomes a posting and a tax record, a storefront order becomes a sales order and a stock reservation, a field work order becomes a cost and an invoice. None of those handovers passes through retyping.

The practical consequence is that adoption does not start by switching things off. A company running NG Commerce today keeps the storefront and gains an ERP underneath it; a company running none of the neighbouring products loses nothing — the adapters are separate from the core and are switched on when there is a reason for them.

Five neighbouring products

Each carries the thing people actually ask about: not only what it does, but what exactly it exchanges with NG One — and why you would then run both.

  • NG Commerce

    Enterprise eCommerce Operating System

    eCommerce operating system

NG Commerce runs digital trade: B2C and B2B storefronts, marketplaces, dropshipping, ePOS and field sales through one catalogue and one pricing policy. Cart, payment, fiscalization, the warehouse task and the courier label are a single flow, not a nightly synchronisation between five tools. NG One remains the system where that trade is planned, posted and collected.

    Exchange with NG One

    • An order placed in the storefront becomes a sales order in NG One — nothing is retyped.
    • Stock, price lists and discount policy from NG One are the source of truth for the catalogue and checkout.
    • The delivery note and the invoice are issued and posted in NG One; the storefront shows the customer their status.
    • A return from the storefront opens a stock return and a credit note in NG One.
  • NG Operations

Manufacturing Planning & Execution (ERP / MRP / MES)

    Manufacturing planning and execution

NG Operations turns confirmed demand and forecast into a sales plan, explodes that plan through the bill of materials into material requirements (MRP), and schedules work orders against real capacity. Execution runs through the warehouse, and actuals — every material issue and every produced quantity — return to the order in real time. It plans and schedules; master data and posting stay with NG One.

    Exchange with NG One

    • Items, bills of materials, customers and suppliers come from NG One and remain governed there.
    • Confirmed sales orders from NG One enter the sales plan as firm demand, not an estimate.
    • Purchase order proposals from MRP return to procurement in NG One and pass approval before reaching the supplier.
    • Material consumption and reported output are posted to stock and to the general ledger in NG One.
  • NG Sara

    Autonomous AI Sales Agent

    Autonomous AI sales agent

NG Sara reads purchase history and public signals, scores opportunities and picks the move for each one: a message, an offer, or a scheduled call. It works over Viber, WhatsApp, email, SMS and social channels, under rules you set, at three levels of autonomy — from a draft a person approves to an action it takes alone. Every decision leaves an auditable trail.

    Exchange with NG One

    • Purchase history and Partner 360 from NG One decide who Sara approaches, and with what.
    • Credit limits and open items from NG One stop an offer to a customer who is late paying.
    • Opportunities and activities Sara opens sit in the NG One sales pipeline, on the partner and on the document.
    • An accepted offer becomes a sales order in NG One, together with the decision trail that produced it.
  • NG Nora

    AI Voice & Chat Agent

    AI voice and chat agent

NG Nora holds a natural conversation over your existing telephony and messaging channels. It does not read a menu or take a message: it checks price and availability, opens an order or a reservation, and logs a complaint while the call is still running. When a request exceeds its scope it hands the call to a person with the full context, and every conversation leaves a transcript and a record of the actions taken.

    Exchange with NG One

    • Nora reads stock, price and order status from NG One while the customer is on the line.
    • Orders and reservations from a conversation are created as documents in NG One, under the same rules as if a salesperson had entered them.
    • A complaint logged during a call opens a case in NG One, with the transcript attached.
    • A handover to a live agent leaves a task in NG One carrying the call context — the person does not start from zero.
  • NG eFiscal

    Electronic Fiscalization (ESIR class 3)

    Electronic fiscalization (ESIR class 3)

NG eFiscal is a class 3 software ESIR: it sends every settled receipt through the tax authority's V-PFR and returns it with a fiscal number, a digital signature, a QR code and tax broken down by rate. Tax rates are pulled from the tax authority's own system, so tariffs are never maintained by hand. The record of each issued receipt is immutable, and built-in retry and recovery mean a receipt is neither lost nor duplicated when the connection briefly fails.

    Exchange with NG One

    • Settled retail turnover from NG One goes through V-PFR and returns with a fiscal number and QR code.
    • The fiscal receipt is linked to its outgoing invoice in NG One and enters the tax records.
    • Advances, refunds and reversals from NG One travel the same path and get their own fiscal record.
    • The immutable record of issued receipts is the basis for the KEP book and tax records in NG One.

Every link is a named adapter with its own lifecycle, not a branch in the core: it is switched on when there is a reason for it and upgraded independently of NG One. A company running none of the neighbouring products carries none of it — the core does not know the adapter exists.
