NG One
Contact

Tell us how you work today, we will tell you what we can do

No form with twelve required fields, and no call from sales the same afternoon. You write what you do and what is not working, we read it and answer — concretely, including the answer that NG One is not what you need, if that is the truth.

  • A reply within one business day
  • No obligation

How to reach us

Three ways. Email is the fastest, because it lands directly with the people building the system.

  • Email

    office@konissoftware.com

The fastest route. If your message names your industry, your user count and the system you run today, the first reply will already be useful rather than introductory.

  • Phone

    +381 11 000 0000

For short questions and for arranging a time. For technical questions email is better — then the answer comes from whoever designed that part of the system.

  • Address

Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 10, 11070 Beograd

Konis Software d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia. Office meetings by arrangement; walkthroughs happen in person or online, whichever suits you.

What people usually write about

Name the topic in your first sentence and you save yourself a round of email.

  • A walkthrough

A pass through the system on your processes rather than on demo data. Without polish: where your case is solved by configuration and where it needs development, you see then — not after a signature.

  • Early access

The terms of the program, what an early application carries, how the scope is established, and what exactly gets signed. The first step is a review of your processes, not a contract.

  • Migration from your current system

Master data, opening balances, open items, lot-level stock and legacy codes. The expensive part of a switch is the data, and it gets discussed first rather than last.

  • Partnership

For accounting firms, consultants and companies that implement systems for clients. Agency mode is part of the tenant model: one firm runs many clients, each in its own tenant with database-level isolation, behind a single sign-in and a hard boundary over who sees whose data.

  • Technical questions

Architecture, API, data model, authorization, integrations, on-premise. Answered by whoever designed it — no intermediary and no 'we will check and get back to you'.

What happens after your message

Three steps, and none of them costs anything.

  1. Step 1

    We read it and reply

Within one business day you get an answer from a person, not an automated acknowledgement. If the question is technical, it is answered by whoever builds that part of the system.

    • A reply within one business day
    • No auto-responder and no chain of reminders
    • If we do not know something, we write that we do not know
  2. Step 2

A survey: an hour about your business

Online or in person, whichever suits you. We talk about how you work today, where the time goes, and what has to work from day one. We listen more than we present.

    • Industry, scale, number of legal entities and the mix of users
    • The systems you run today and what does not work in them
    • What must work from day one, and what can wait
    • A walkthrough of the system on your scenario, if it is relevant to your case
  3. Step 3

A written scope, and only then the numbers

The survey produces a list: modules, user types, integrations and the data to migrate. The price is written against that scope. If the survey shows NG One is not what you need, we say so then.

    • A written scope, naming the spaces, modules and integrations
    • An offer against that scope — one figure, not a range
    • License and implementation separately, never as one number
    • An honest recommendation to walk away, if that is the right answer

Write us one sentence

It is enough to say what you do and what slows you down the most. We will ask the rest.
