Terms of use for this website
These terms govern the use of the NG One website. They are not a license agreement, not an implementation contract, and they replace no document that gets signed — they concern this site only, and how what is published on it should be read.
Last updated:
This website is published by Konis Software d.o.o., Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 10, 11070 Beograd, Serbia.
By accessing the site and using its content you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. Purpose of the site
This site is the web presentation of the NG One product. Its only purpose is to inform: what the product is, what it covers, and how to get in touch with us.
The site is not an application, it provides no business data processing service, and no contract is concluded through it. The contact form exists to send an enquiry, and nothing sent through it constitutes an order or an acceptance of an offer.
2. The informational nature of the content
The descriptions of modules, capabilities and flows on this site describe the scope of the product and represent the most accurate description at the time of publication. The scope delivered to your company — modules, integrations, user types and the data to migrate — is established individually, after a review of your processes, and written into the contract. What is published here describes the product, not your implementation.
The content of this site does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Serbian Law on Obligations, nor a public promise. Prices are not published; they are established individually, after a review of scope and process, and are communicated in a written offer only.
Announcements of programs, discounts, terms and deadlines are informational and become binding only once they are set out in a written contract signed by both parties. Where what is written on the site and what is written in a signed contract differ, the contract applies.
The texts on this site, including comparisons with other categories of system and statements about regulation, are written with care but do not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice. For the application of regulation to your specific case, consult your own qualified adviser.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, structure, design, illustrations, icons, the NG One mark and wordmark, and the site's source code — is subject to copyright, related rights and industrial property rights held by Konis Software d.o.o. or its licensors.
The names NG One, NG Commerce, NG Sara, NG Nora, NG eFiscal, NG Operations and Konis Software, together with their marks, are signs held by Konis Software d.o.o.
- You may read and print the content and share a link to it, and you may quote parts of it with a clear attribution and a link to the source.
- You may not reproduce, republish or distribute the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- You may not remove attribution, alter the content when reproducing it, or use the mark and wordmark in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist.
4. Third-party names
The site refers to the names of other vendors' products, principally in the comparison of systems. Those names are trademarks or business names of their respective holders and are used solely to identify the category being discussed — so the reader knows what is meant.
Such mention implies no association, cooperation, endorsement or sponsorship by the holders of those rights. Statements about other vendors' products are general, describe a category rather than a specific version or edition, and represent our opinion based on publicly available information. If you believe any statement is inaccurate, write to us and we will correct it.
5. Links to other sites
The site links to other Konis Software sites, to the sites of our products and, occasionally, to third-party content. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of sites we do not operate. Following such a link takes you off this site, and that site's terms apply from then on.
6. Acceptable use
Use the site in a way that does not compromise its operation or other users. Specifically, you may not:
- attempt unauthorized access to the site, the server or connected systems, or circumvent security mechanisms;
- load the site with automated requests to a degree that affects its availability;
- systematically harvest the content in order to republish it elsewhere or resell it commercially;
- use the contact form for unsolicited messages, advertising or harmful content.
We reserve the right to restrict access from addresses that breach these terms, without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
We publish the content with due care and work to keep it accurate and current. Even so, we do not warrant that the site is free of error at all times, entirely up to date, or continuously available.
We are not liable for damage arising from reliance on the informational content of this site when making a business decision, nor for damage arising from the site being unavailable or interrupted. Liability is not excluded in cases of intent or gross negligence, nor in any other case where exclusion would be contrary to mandatory law.
Obligations we undertake towards a client are governed by the signed contract, to the extent and on the terms established there. This section does not apply to that relationship and does not diminish it.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data arising from use of this site is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. It sets out what we collect, on what basis, how long we keep it, and what your rights are.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the content or functionality of the site changes, or when a change in the law requires it. The version published on this page, with the date at the top, is the one in force. Continued use of the site after a change is published means acceptance of the changed terms.
A change to the site's terms does not affect rights and obligations under contracts already concluded.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of this site are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
We will try to resolve any dispute by agreement. Failing that, the competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction. Where the user is a consumer within the meaning of consumer protection law, this provision does not affect their right to bring proceedings before the court with territorial jurisdiction under mandatory law.
