The first ones in set the terms
NG One covers nine business spaces, eight end-to-end processes and Serbian statutory reporting by name — from SEF and POPDV to payroll with PPP-PD. Early access is an offer to the companies that go first: 40% off the solution price, a place in the program locked at application, and the right to have your chart of accounts, your dimensions and your tax mappings written into the configuration. The terms are below, with every date and every percentage — no asterisk.
- 40% off
- Applications until 1 September 2026
- 10% reservation
- Solution walkthrough by 28 February 2027
How the program runs
Four points, with dates. Nothing between them gets negotiated along the way.
40%off the solution price
For applications submitted by 1 September 2026. The discount applies to the solution price established by a review of your processes and scope — not to a list figure, because there is none.
A 10% reservation deposit on application.
Early application
By 1 September 2026
It starts with a review, not a signature. We walk your processes, documents and systems until a written scope exists: which modules, how many legal entities, which user types, which integrations, and what data migrates. The solution price is set against that scope, and the 40% discount applies to it.
- A review of your processes and current systems
- A written scope — modules, users, integrations, migration
- The solution price set against that scope, with the discount applied
- Deadline: the application must be submitted by 1 September 2026
Reservation
On application
The reservation deposit is 10% of the solution price, and it is the only amount paid at this stage. It locks your place in the program, fixes the terms, and puts your chart of accounts, your dimensions, your documents and your tax mappings into the configuration NG One carries for your industry.
- A 10% reservation deposit on the solution price
- Terms and discount fixed in writing
- Your chart of accounts, dimensions and tax mappings in the configuration
- Your place in the program held through to the walkthrough
Solution walkthrough
By 28 February 2027
By 28 February 2027 at the latest, you see the solution running on your own processes and your own data — not a demo on someone else's. At that point 40% of the solution price falls due and implementation begins: configuration, data migration, integration setup and training.
- The solution shown on your processes and your documents
- 40% of the solution price falls due
- Implementation begins: configuration, migration, integrations, training
- Deadline: 28 February 2027 at the latest
Go-live
At go-live
The remaining 50% is paid only once the system runs at your company. Not when it is delivered, not when it is installed — when it is live and people work in it. It is the last instalment and the largest one, and it sits at the end deliberately.
- The remaining 50% of the solution price is paid
- The trigger is go-live, not delivery
- Support through your first full accounting period
- Transition to the standard support and update cycle
What early access carries beyond the discount
The discount is the easy part of this offer. The rest cannot be bought at any price after 1 September.
Your model enters the configuration
Early clients do not pick from a list of options. Their chart of accounts, their dimensions, their approval chains and their tax mappings go into the configuration as the standard for that industry — and what enters the model once never gets worked around later.
Terms and dates are fixed
The discount, the payment schedule and the walkthrough deadline are recorded at application and do not move with whatever pricing comes after. What can change is the scope — and only if you change it, with the difference visible in the offer.
Direct work with the team that designed the system
Early access comes with no layer between you and the people writing the code. A question about dimensional posting or a state machine gets answered by whoever designed it, usually the same day — not through a ticket travelling across three support tiers.
Migration gets planned while there is still time
The expensive part of a switch is not the license, it is the data. Early access means master data, opening balances, open items and lot-level stock are mapped months before go-live, with a trial migration and control totals — rather than in the week before the cutover.
Payment schedule
Three instalments. The first reserves, the second starts implementation, the third waits until the system actually runs.
10%
Reservation deposit
On application, by 1 September 2026
The only amount paid at application. It locks your place in the program, the discount and the dates.
40%
At the solution walkthrough
By 28 February 2027
Due only once you have seen the solution on your own processes. From that moment implementation begins — configuration, migration, integrations and training.
50%
At go-live
On go-live
Half the solution price sits at the end, tied to the moment the system runs at your company. Not to delivery, and not to a signature on a delivery note.
Two numbers on this page read 40% and they do not mean the same thing. The first is the discount off the solution price for applications by 1 September. The second is an instalment — 40% of that already reduced price, due at the solution walkthrough. The 10%, 40% and 50% instalments add up to the full solution price set at application.
Why now, specifically
The window in which your chart of accounts and your dimensions become the configuration closes on 1 September. After that NG One runs exactly the same — only on whatever terms the price list dictates.
Every ERP you can buy today is somebody else's finished model of a business. When something in it does not fit, you have three exits: change your process, pay for a customization that breaks on every upgrade, or solve it in a spreadsheet next to the system. All three cost money, and the last costs the most because it never appears in an offer. NG One splits it differently: the core stays clean and your model lives in versioned configuration — chart of accounts, dimensions, documents, tax mappings. Early access means that configuration gets written with you rather than for you.
We are not promising a system built to your measure; that would be wrong to you and to every other client. We promise something more concrete. The decisions that cannot be added later without reposting history — dimensional posting from the first line, effective-dated statutory parameters, multitenancy isolated at the database level — are made and built in. What is open is the layer above them: which dimensions you carry, what your chart of accounts looks like, which document follows which flow, how your tax mappings roll up into POPDV. Early clients are in the room while that layer is written.
That leaves the question of what you are actually reserving. Nine business spaces and roughly sixty technical domains beneath them, eight end-to-end processes from Lead-to-Cash to Acquire-to-Retire, and Serbian statutory work by name: SEF in both directions, the EEO and EPP VAT records, POPDV and PP PDV, e-fiscalisation through LPFR and VPFR, payroll with PPP-PD, eBolovanje, CROSO, eOtpremnica, CRF, APR and KEP. The reservation is 10% because that is all it takes to hold a place, and half the price still waits for the day people work in the system at your company. That schedule does not change after 1 September. The price does.
What we suggest you do
Read the pages for the spaces that concern you first — sales, finance, inventory, people. Each one states what the system does, down to individual capabilities, and that is deliberate: scope is the one proof you can check before you sign anything. If something you need is not there, tell us in the first conversation rather than after a reservation.
If it does fit, write to us before 1 September 2026. The first step is not a contract but a survey: an hour on how you work today. Out of it comes either a written scope and an offer with the discount applied, or an honest sentence that NG One is not what you need. We have said that sentence before and we will say it again.
The program applies to applications submitted by 1 September 2026. The exact scope and solution price are established by a review of your processes, and the 40% discount applies to the price established that way — not to a list figure. The solution walkthrough is by 28 February 2027 at the latest. The 10%, 40% and 50% instalments are tied to application, walkthrough and your go-live.
Apply by 1 September 2026
The reservation is 10%. Everything before it is a conversation, and that conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
